FAQs ABOUT SWITCHING YOUR PLAN
WILL I GET 2 January BOXES?
No, your next box will be the February box and this will be the first box of your 12 month plan.
WILL I BE CHARGED TWICE?
No, if you choose to switch your plan now we will take payment details, however you won't be charged until February 1st. Your current 1 month plan will end and your new 12 month plan will start from February.
WILL I BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE NEW PLAN?
You can cancel at any time, but it won't become effective until after the 12th month of your subscription. You will still be charged £11.75 per month and receive boxes until your subscription is complete.
I DON'T WANT TO SWITCH, WHAT HAPPENS TO ME?
That's totally ok! You can stay on your 1 month subscription plan, nothing changes.
CAN I SWITCH AT ANY TIME?
You can switch to the new plan any time up until 11.59 pm GMT Thursday January 21st.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED?
Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We advise you send us a message through your account.
WHY DO I SEE 2 SUBSCRIPTIONS IN MY ACCOUNT?
That's ok, while we are busy switching your plan you may see 2 subscriptions in your account. Rest assured however that your 1 month plan will end and the 12 month plan will start in time for February's box!
