Gotta be honest these didn't seem to work. Used cheaper spot sticker patches in the last that have made visible difference fast. These didnt, and they didn't even have the gunk residue on patch after use so honestly I don't think it did anything for me not even reduce redness of spot. Certainly not like any other brand I've used before so I probably wouldn't buy again. Left a fair star rating though as typically I am allergic to sticker and glue products but this I had no reaction at all. So it's worth a try for anyone who struggles with sticker products and or sensitive skin I recon
