Perfect for oily, combination and hormonal skin, Bamboo Charcoal contains activated carbon to deeply cleanse, absorbing excess sebum and grime to help prevent blemishes and breakouts. Made using fibre from the root of the Konjac plant, this silky sponge is rich in essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Use it daily to cleanse and to help maintain the optimal pH balance of the skin.
How to use:
- Before use soak thoroughly for 3-5 minutes in warm water.
- Gently massage face and décolletage in a circular motion.
- If using additional cleansers use half your usual amount
- After use, clean and rinse well. Dry thoroughly. Sterilise with boiling water once a week.
- Use in place of cotton wool pads, washcloths, wipes or artificial sponges.
Caution / Only use when sponge is fully hydrated. Replace every 2-3 months, discard when sponge starts to break down. Not for consumption. Keep away from children and animals.

I am a big fan of any face cleaners accessorizes so when i saw it in my glossy box I was excited. I use it every time I take a bath. I don't use it under shower because it needs to soak in water for a too long time. I mean my face with it after all treatments and it's nice to calm my skin but I don't notice any smaller pores yet. Summarizing I do enjoy it and use it a lot.

I love the idea behind this and I liked how my skin felt afterwards but keeping the sponge washed and dry was an extra task I could do without in a busy schedule so I don’t think I will repurchase.

Great exfoliant
I’ve used this sponge over the last two weeks it’s great. It’s quite rough but acts as great exfoliant. I use it on my arms and legs in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend this product for people with very sensitive skin or I wouldn’t recommend using it in sensative areas.

An Okay Sponge.
I’ve seen a lot of these konjac sponges around but had never tried one before. I was really intrigued to see it had charcoal in it. I introduced it in to my skincare routine & it was quite exfoliating however I didn’t get the results it stated on the packet. Don’t think I’d recommend it neither would I purchase it.
