Perfect for oily, combination and hormonal skin, Bamboo Charcoal contains activated carbon to deeply cleanse, absorbing excess sebum and grime to help prevent blemishes and breakouts. Made using fibre from the root of the Konjac plant, this silky sponge is rich in essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Use it daily to cleanse and to help maintain the optimal pH balance of the skin.
How to use:
- Before use soak thoroughly for 3-5 minutes in warm water.
- Gently massage face and décolletage in a circular motion.
- If using additional cleansers use half your usual amount
- After use, clean and rinse well. Dry thoroughly. Sterilise with boiling water once a week.
- Use in place of cotton wool pads, washcloths, wipes or artificial sponges.
Caution / Only use when sponge is fully hydrated. Replace every 2-3 months, discard when sponge starts to break down. Not for consumption. Keep away from children and animals.

Just a Sponge
I do like to use konjac sponges but I just use normal ones usually. I was interested in it being charcoal but the charcoal didn't actually seem to make much difference. It was a nice sponge and I enjoyed it but I probably wouldn't purchase another.

Weird but wonderful
I have never heard of anything like this before, let alone used anything like it. It has the texture of a pumice stone before becoming wet which is strange but it certainly seem to be doing something. My skin feels smoother, looks clearer and feels well cleansed and fresh after using this sponge - I am def going to keep using it!
