Suggestion
I think knowing what is in your box before you receive it is a good and bad idea.. The good thing being that customers have the chance to say if something won’t agree with their skin, or, if they are going to be receiving a lipstick for example that is a shade they’d never wear - it could hopefully be exchanged over before posted? I think this is the one and only a problem I have with my Glossy Box subscription - receiving beautiful products, but in shades I would never wear/use!

This survey was actually great to do .....felt like they genuinely want to know the "glossies" opinions and thoughts and feedback and gives us a great platform to voice any ideas etc so it can shape what we receive in the future....have your say....feel valued....get rewarded....what more could you want!!

Revisiting after a hiatus
It's been a while since I've had Glossybox and I've been put off for many months by the poor reviews. I decided however to have a punt at a box as it was my birthday which always coincides with the birthday edition. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised, so much so that I'm now contemplating subscribing again. The products were a nice mix and seemed a good quality for the price of the box.
