- Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage.
- Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For an intensely nourishing treatment, you can also use this product as a facial mask.
- Apply a teaspoon size amount to the face, neck and décolleté massaging gently with fingertips. Relax for 10 minutes, then hold a warm, damp cleansing cloth over the skin, practise abdominal breathing and inhale the sensorial aroma.
- Gently wipe away. For maximum absorption and deep cleansing enjoy whilst in a warm bath.
- Balm may melt when warm but re-sets perfectly when cooled. Avoid contact with eyes.

Great
I always use cleansing balms in the shower and wipe off with a hot cloth. I have tried many balms and oils and this is up there with my favourites. It's a lovely morning treat to start off a day.

Great cleansing balm
Never used a Elemis product before loved this cleansing balm. Face feels very refreshed afterwards and feels very hydrated when using in conjunction with other products. Would recommend

Good but not amazing
I really liked this product however I found it did not dissolve mascara or eyeliner so I had to use a different product to do this which for me was just a faff. It's a shame it doesn't do the entire job as I truly did want to love it and use it as my sole cleanser

Nice beauty balm
I really enjoy this balm as it can be used as a cleanser or a mask if your skin needs some deep hydration. It smells beautifully and removes make up in no time. I like using my hot clothes with it as it feels like my skin gets extra deep cleaning.
