Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Overlooking the pretty dull packaging I gave this product a fair chance but honest review is it’s not for me. It doesn’t remove makeup so you have to do that before using the product. It doesn’t lather up very well and hasn’t got much of a smell. Does leave your skin feeling clean but nothing compared to other cleansers on the market.
