Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Gentle on skin!
I have sensitive skin especially on my face (most products sting) this was so gentle and milky like a cleanser but left skin feeling moisturised not tight and dry!

this is a really good cleanser for taking off makeup- very gentle and kind to the skin. However you need to use a lot of product to take your makeup off fully. Left the skin feeling extremely soft afterwards though.

Shame about the boring packaging...
Although this is a product I would not pick up from the shelf due to the boring packaging - looks more like a medicated product - it was actually quite good. It made my skin feel clean yet did not dry it out. It has no smell at all so it does not stand out amongst the plethora of other face cleansers put there.
