Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Nice Gentle Cleanser
Cetaphil is perfect if you have sensitive skin. It is very mild and odourless. Cleans the skin just as well as other brands but for me personally I think I will just stick to my own skin care.
