Fantastic invention to allow you a perfect night’s sleep
I love these and always have a packet of eye warmers ready for when I need them 😁 On a cold night or when your eyes are dry and gritty from being overtired this is tbe perfect thing to help you unwind and have a fabulous nights sleep. Put some saline in your eyes or your moisturising eye drops if you have them in your eyes before putting on your mask as it helps keep them moist and stops them drying out overnight. Heat masks are very good for eyes as opticians tell you
