Our Customer Care team is always available should you ever have any questions. Subscriptions can be purchased by anyone over 18.
Please Note: This is a subscription box, with payment taken monthly on the 1 & 12 month Pay Monthly plans, and upfront on the 3, 6, and 12-month Pay Upfront plans. Upon expiry of your subscription, all plans will automatically renew for a further fixed term of the same length.

Was so excited to receive my first box after being given a full year's subscription as a birthday present. I'd watched some Youtube unboxing videos so knew in advance what would be in the box, however mine was different which was slightly disappointing but understand there are variances and substitutions as products run out. Really wanted the chocolate bar but didn't get one! However I did get a Floral Street perfume sample which I'd been wanting to try for ages so very happy with that.

The lip liner is decent but everything else was just a bit lack lustre. Same with app the boxes I've had since resubscribing earlier this year. It's a shame, I used to love glossybox! I will be switching back to LF beauty boxes for a bit. Bit pricier but worth it!

I recieved the brave beauty box. I liked the box it's funky and inside was well presented. I did mark that I had dry skin so when I recieved the HD finish powder I was a bit disappointed as they normally add to my dry skin. However I will give it a go.

It is nice to get a surprise box each month that you don't know what it contains. The products ive received so far have been good quality. I have also done a Google search on most items and think the box is good value for money as i know how much it would cost to buy the items on their own.

It was better than my first box, July 2023. I felt it was worth the subscription for this one. I guess it’s always going to be hit and miss. To be honest I forgot that I had subscribed and it was a great little surprise 🥰🥰 I liked the powder puff, the setting powder, lip liner and the conditioner, they were my favourite. Look forward to seeing what is in next months.
