Like clothes, interiors and makeup, hair trends come and go. And since the last time we were likely able to visit a professional to get our hair cut and coloured, things have changed a lot! Therefore, when you (hopefully!) get to visit the salon in the next couple of weeks, you're going to want to know all about the best spring hair trends for 2021!

From colour to cuts, there are plenty of must-try styles this season. So, to help you say goodbye to your lockdown do, and say hello to something that'll mark the start of a whole lot of 'new', we've found five of our favourite spring hair trends that can inspire your next chop!

Face Framing Colour

Thanks to Tiktok (once again!) this 90s trend is having a comeback! Chunky highlights - think Ginger Spice circa 1995 - are a go to this spring, whether you're choosing to opt for natural tones or bold bright shades! Low maintenance, yet still strong enough to make a statement, we can't wait to get in the salon and try this trend for ourselves! Also, once your front is bleached, you can easily change up your look at home! Semi permanent, wash in colours are a fun and easy way to refresh your hair whenever you like!

The Mullet

Forget the harsh 80s mullet, the 2021 version of this cut is incredibly cool. Think less Billy-Ray, more Miley! For this year, this style has taken on a less boxy and more feminine approach, meaning the softer shape is a lot more 'everyday'.

Bouncy Bob

Sitting on the shoulders, or just above, a bouncy bob is a low effort style that still looks gorgeous. When you head to the hairdressers, ask for a cut that's choppy yet still voluminous!

Pastel Shades

What says spring more than gorgeous pastel colours? Literally nothing. Which is why we're loving hair styles that are perfectly pretty shades of the rainbow. Blue, pink, lilac... we ove them all so much that we can't choose our favourite!

70s Bangs

If you're wanting to experiment with your hair without losing any length and fringe is a great place to start! And this season, a long, sweeping curtain-style bang first loved in the 70s is ideal! Long enough to clip back on day when you can't be bothered to wash and style, but still fun and flowing enough to shake up your look!

I'm someone who loves getting glammed up, but I feel like I never have enough time. Frequently running between work, the gym and seeing friends means my makeup routine is quick and often touched up on the go. Therefore, beauty products that serve as multi-purpose are perfect for me - a blush that works for cheeks and lips is a must in my makeup bag!
