Midnight Martini Cocktail
Vodka and coffee liqueur shaken with a shot of espresso and served straight up garnished with coffee beans.
Ingredients
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Kahlua
- 12.5ml Simple Syrup
- 85ml Espresso Coffee
- Coffee Beans
Method
- Add some ice to your martini glass to chill.
- Decant all the ingredients (minus the coffee beans) in to your cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Remove the ice from your martini glass and strain your cocktail in.
- Finish with three carefully placed coffee beans on the top of the drink and enjoy.
Enchanted Star Cocktail
Vanilla infused vodka and white chocolate liqueur mixed with coconut. Served over ice and finished with a touch of glamour!
Ingredients
- 35ml Vanilla Vodka
- 15ml White Cacao
- 15ml White Chocolate Syrup
- Coconut Cream
- Desiccated Coconut
Method
- Add all ingredients except the desiccated coconut to your cocktail shaker, fill the shaker with ice, seal it up and shake for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Fill your Highball glass with ice and strain your cocktail mixture over.
- Add a straw then sprinkle your coconut over the top of the drink and enjoy.
