What is bi-directional shaving and how does it work?

The blades are angled both ways, so you don't have to re-shave over areas at different angles or even lift the razor from your skin. My experience using the f.a.b. razor

There has always been the hard-and-fast rule with shaving - always shave upwards to avoid nicks and cuts, so I must admit I was apprehensive before using this. Shaving both ways felt unnatural, but I soon got used to it.

The thing I love most about this razor is that it doesn't snag or cut your skin, so it's perfect for a quick, rushed shave before you go out or in the morning before work!

Now for the ultimate test - shaving armpits. This has always been a frustrating task because the hairs grow in so many directions. I was really pleased that this made shaving those hard-to-reach, difficult places so easy and the blade catches the hair in one stroke.

Do I need shaving foam?

Forget about shaving foam, because the water activated gel on the shaving head does all the work for you. This makes it so quick and perfect for travel - just throw it in your suitcase and you are good to go.

Can I buy new heads?
