We also gave our Glossies the chance win two INCREDIBLE beauty bundles worth £300! WOW! This competition is still open so make sure to Like, Share and Comment on this month's Facebook Live for your chance to win, you definitely don't want to miss this one.
It's always amazing to see all your questions during our Facebook Live, so I’ve gone through the comments and answered your questions below!
Would Glossybox be any good for a makeup artist?@AbbySquires
Glossybox is the perfect treat for both beauty experts and those who don't know a lot about beauty. It's a great way to explore and try products from exciting brands and broaden your horizons. You're treated to 5 amazing beauty products for just £10 - amazing! Our resident MUA, Lucinka, loves Glossybox and she used the products from April's box to do Jess's makeup for the Facebook Live.
Any hints for May’s box ?@Kimberley Blakey
So many of you have been asking for hints on what is to come in May, so I can exclusively reveal that it is a Special Edition box with an absolutely gorgeous design. We think you're all going to love it so you don't want to miss out on this collector’s edition box - subscribe now!
Eyeko Fat Liquid Eyeliner, £16
Any tips with the liner? I find liquid liner really hard to use.@Laura Dudley
As Amy mentioned in the Facebook Live, she's even used a credit card to get the perfect winged eyeliner! A good tip is to always start by drawing the flick, which should point to the furthest point of your eyebrow. After you've drawn your flick, join it to your eye and draw a line as close to your top lashes as possible!
Karl Lagerfeld + ModelCo – Baked Blush, Coming Soon
What’s your favourite colour blush. Do you like a pink or more of a beige one?
We are loving multi-tasking highlighter/blusher combos at the moment. We love the Light Beige and Rose Beige shades of the ModelCo Baked Blush in this month's box because they have a hint of pink and are so shimmery at the same time. But if you're after something to use alongside this, we recommend the MAC Powder Blusher in Margin, which our resident MUA Lucinka used on Jess for the Facebook Live.
@Nikki HarwoodAffect Matte Effect Transparent Loose Rice Powder, £36
What is the best way to use the rice powder please?@Nabilah Aisha
There are so many ways to use the rice powder in this month's box - so many, that we've written a blog on it! You can read the blog here.
You can use rice powder to: set concealer under your eyes, define your contour and even to mattify your lipstick!
We love that Adrien Shannon-Star Calisto tried this last tip:
I used the powder as a matte for lips and it worked really lovely with the NYX metal collection.
Boots Botanics 3 in 1 Cleansing Solution, £3.66
@Jess RoseWhat would you recommend for sensitive skin I’ve tried everything possible?
For sensitive skin, I would always recommend using a micellar water rather than face wipes. Face wipes can be quite harsh on your skin whereas the Botanics 3 in 1 cleansing solution is very gentle - you can even use it on your eyes!
To remove makeup from your eyes, add some micellar water to two cotton pads and place once over each eye. Leave the pads on for 30 seconds before wiping away the excess. It's as easy as that!
