From ombre and dip dye to pastel washes and hair colour contouring, in the last few years there have been a whole host of colour trends when it comes to our locks. The latest has us totally reimagining the way we add colour to our hair.
John Frieda Salons has launched a new colour service - Colour Flash - which involves a playful pop of colour being expertly placed under the top layer of your hair, from the temples to the back of your ear.
Created by colourist Carmel Blackburne, the idea is to add a little quirk to your locks that can be as subtle or bold as you like. When your locks are down it'll look far more understated, but when your hair is tied up you'll give off flashes of colour.
