Q: What is your favourite memory of your grandmother, Estée Lauder?A: She was so passionate about work. I loved to watch her mixing fragrances at home and trying new scents. Her make-up table was always covered with fragrance samples.
Q: Define your personal style in three words.A: Feminine. Classic. Effortless.
Q: What inspired you to start your own line, AERIN?A: People would always ask me what was in my make-up bag; it was the idea of the perfect edit. I felt like there was an opportunity in the marketplace for a modern, feminine lifestyle brand.
Q: Finish this sentence...A: All AERIN products are: effortless and make you feel beautiful.
Q: What are you favourite restaurants?A: Indochine in NYC, Le Voltaire in Paris and Scott's in London.
Q: Do you have a motto you live by?A: Anything can be beautiful if you just take the time.
Q: What’s your daily beauty routine?A: I wash my face with Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Hydrating Creme Cleanser and follow up with Advanced Night Repair and Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Transformative Energy Crème. I use a small amount of foundation and AERIN Cool Gel Eyeliner. Always a touch of AERIN Bronze Illuminating Powder to get a sun kissed look and AERIN Rose Lip Conditioner, which I have in every handbag. I often spray AERIN Waterlily Sun into my hairbrush and run it though my hair a few times. It's an easy, light way to wear fragrance.
Q: And your favourite travel destination(s)?A: Long Island and Harbour Island. I recently went to Harbour Island with my family and I can't get it out of my mind.
