Tasty, if you can drink camomile
3The oat content of this makes it such a pleasing texture of a drink, it's such a shame I can't drink camomile regularly as it interacts with hormone medication.

A sleepy tea that helps me!
5I was pleased to see a couple of these tea bags included in this months Glossybox for people to try and pleased to get a couple of free cuppas myself as I actually purchase and drink it on the regular as part of my night time routine! The flavour is lovely...it's easy to prepare and although if your expecting this to knock you out to sleep you'll be disappointed...as part of a getting ready for a peaceful night routine this really helps to put me into that frame of mind!
