Night time tea
5I was surprised to see these in the box but they fitted perfectly with the theme. I’d had a stressful few months and sleep was a luxury I wasn’t getting. I indulged in an evening of self care and pampering with this tea alongside, it tasted wonderful and not bitter at all. I actually had the best nights sleep I had had in months and I will definitely be keeping this in the cupboard.Â

Pleasantly Surprised...
4I'm not really a tea drinker as I don't like the taste of a lot of them and I've tried quite a few now, mostly because of the potential health & wellbeing benefits from the various types. And with sleep problems and anxiety/stress being two particular areas I'm looking to improve, I was intrigued by the suprise free samples and thought what's the harm in trying. I'm glad I did because, while I'm still not a fan of the general taste of tea, this one was still better than other ones I've tried and I did feel more relaxed and sleepy afterwards so I think I will buy some more and try to add a cup into my existing bedtime routine. Glossybox and PUKKA may just make me a tea drinker after all!
