5I really love pukka teas. This one really help you to prepare for bed time. It tastes lovely, naturally sweet due to licorice.

Don’t steep for too long!
5Trial and error got me to the perfect brew but even when I left the bag in too long and the flavour was overwhelming I defiantly noticed that I dropped off to sleep much quicker than usual. A great drink for before bed or in the evening as you wind down.

Great tea for a great night sleep
