Surprised
5I never drink herbal tea at all, I am a decaf coffee drinker and I only drink Yorkshire tea on a rare occasion if I fancy it or if I am poorly. As I suffer with poor sleep and anxiety I tried these and I was very surprised with how they helped me relax for bed and have a better nights sleep. I need to purchase them to have more than 2 drinks to be sure it was these that gave me better sleep but it seems I slept better after drinking them. I have high hopes and I wish I had given something like this a go a long time ago as I would have had better quality sleep for years before now.Â

5Very nice subtle flavour. It had a calming affect. It was very enjoyable.

Wonderful tea
5Really enjoyed this tea and have already brought a box for me and my husband. In other brands, the chamomile taste is always very strong but not the case here. They are very subtle in taste but still very effective in helping me to feel relaxed. My husband said he found himself to be getting to sleep far quicker than normal and waking up less times during the night. We shall definitely be buying more!
