3Personally I have not used this as a highlighter as I have found it to be far too shimmery, but have used as an eyeshadow and found it to be pleasant and nicely pigmented

Nice tone
4It is quite strange, I've never used a product like this is a powder to start and becomes liquid when you put it on then goes matt. The colour is a nice orange, not too strong but you can build, nice on cheeks and lips. My friend also used though and she has red hair so might not suit as she couldn't see it.
