Great product! More please
4I love this product. I have oily/sensitive/combination skin and I find it really difficult to find any product that will help my make up stay on my face more than a few hours. This product goes on really easily, as it’s a lovely smooth texture - and it absorbs really quickly. My foundation sat much better and lasted a little longer than usual. I’d definitely recommend. The only reason I’m not giving five stars it that it smells pretty awful, but the rest makes up for it

Light and creamy
3I tried this product on my nose to see if I liked it, I don't have large pores but it did seem to reduce them slightly, the product was very light and creamy. It was a little watery so I am not sure how it would perform underneath make up

Hmmm..
1So after reading lots of reviews and seeing this product raves about in several beauty vlogs, I was excited to try Figs and Rouge Pore Perfect and Matte Veil. The packaging is very slick and girly, however upon opening it the product almost poured out as it was sooo watery. I replaced the lid and gave it a good shake and although it was slightly better was still really runny?! Anyways, I proceeded to apply some to my face and noticed a strange ‘fishy’ smell almost like burning plastic! I immediately removed it and have since asked several people to have a whiff to make sure it wasn’t just me who could smell it! Not sure if I just had a dodgy tube but I won’t be using it or buying it just in case!

Nice branding
2I loved the branding of this product and was excited to try. I use primer most days but this product clagged my pores and made my make up patchy. Disappointed.

Good on it’s own
3I used this product for a base of my foundation as it said it could be used for it to improve the look of pores. When I put it on I really liked the affect. It worked well and made my pores less noticeable. I really liked the way it looked on my skin. However as I was applying my foundation, parts of the product started to build up and began to show on my skin. I can only describe it as dry skin peeling off. (However it was not dry skin it was the product ) this gave my foundation a streaky looked and didn’t sit well at all! I recommend using on its own as that affect was good! It’s a shame it wasn’t a good base!

Figs & rouge
3I liked this product but it had a very strange smell to it that made me feel ill when applying to my face. It also seemed to react with my foundation, I don’t know whether it stuck to it and made it cake or what but I had to work to make it look okay. I never have that problem with my normal primer and foundation.

4Fantastic generous size! The serum is silky soft and light, and it really feels that a little will go a long way once applying. It left my skin feeling ultra smooth, I think this would be a fantastic base beneath makeup.
