Dry and Tacky.
This lip balm made my lips feel lovely once it was on but once it wore off, it would leave my lips dry, and very tacky. It also did nothing for when my lips would chap in the winter months. The taste of it was also pretty disgusting.

Not a big fan
When I first put this on it felt great. For some reason though, once it wears off it makes my lips feel super dry.
