5 Beauty Trends That’ll Be BIG In 2022!

Another year has passed and the beauty industry continues to excel... Nails

We've already seen galaxy prints take over fashion in 2021. And, in 2022, this trend moves to your fingertips! However you want to interpret space, the planets, or even the constellations that shine above us at night, be sure to try putting all that cosmic energy into your next nail look. Go for some celestial nail art at your next salon appointment or, if you're a DIY queen, why not pick up some galactic shades and turn your digits into the cosmos!

Hair

1. Brush your hair until it’s smooth and tangle-free. Use your comb to create a middle parting down the centre of your head.
2. Create pigtails! Now you're in charge here Glossies, so you can go as high or low as you want your buns. Just make sure the pigtails are even and preferably use a rubberband bobble (the same colour as your hair!) to secure them into place.
3. Next, we need volume! Tease your hair with a comb to achieve fuller-looking space buns, then twist your first pigtail! Alternatively, here is where you can plait your hair instead to create braided space buns - the choice is up to you!
4. Once twisted, start wrapping your hair (away from your face) around the base of your pigtail. Secure with a hair tie and grips, if needed. Then do the same with your second pigtail.
5. Get creative! Add any intergalactic slides you may have or add some glitter to your roots even! You can wiggle the buns to loosen them slightly - tug on them like you would do with plaits to give extra volume.
6. Add hairspray! You don't want all your hard work to go to waste - so spray your buns with hairspray to lock them into place!
