The Super Six Active Blend
A combination of both Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) work at different speeds on different layers of your skin. Essential to helping both unclog congested pores and exfoliate, loosen and sweep away dead skin cells, this blend has been created to leave your skin feeling fresh and smooth.
But what is this super six active blend made up of?
- GLYCOLIC ACID - When applied to the skin, glycolic acid works to break the bonds between the outer layer of your skin, especially dead skin cells. This causes an almost peeling effect that will make your skin appear smoother and more even.
- SALICYLIC ACID - This acid is best known for reducing acne by exfoliating the skin and keeping pores clear. It can also help prevent future breakouts!
- LACTIC ACID - This AHA is specifically used to treat hyperpigmentation, age spots and other factors that contribute to a dull complexion. It can also help improve skin tone and reduced the appearance of large pores.
- MANDELIC ACID - Lesser known than the previous three, this acid a go-to anti-ageing ingredient. It works to accelerate cell turnover by dissolving the tiny bonds that hold skin cells together, whilst also removing dead skin on the surface of your skin that can lead to dull skin and fine lines.
- PYRUVIC ACID - Known for its effective work treating skin concerns such as acne, superficial scars and pigment disorders, pyruvic acid is a naturally occurring AHA. It’s range of benefits also extends to moisturising and reducing wrinkles!
- TARTARIC ACID - A common ingredient in many skincare products due, this acid moisturises the skin, stimulates the metabolism, promotes healing and has an anti-aging effect!

Apply a thin layer of this SUPERMUD® CLEARING TREATMENT to clean skin and leave on for between five and 20 minutes. How do you know when to take it off?
