3I have used this twice now and find you have to use a lot of product to cover your hair (I have medium length hair, down to my chest). I feel like it does make your hair softer however have not noticed any dramatic changes.

Works well
4This is easy to use and works well - left my hair shiny, smooth and clean, and my scalp soothed. It doesn't really lather much but that doesn't seem to affect its effectiveness, just might not be what we are used to in a shampoo!
