Great cleanser
5I've got fairly sensitive skin that can dry out quite easily, so this is ideal. It removes most make-up but I tend to use something else for eyes. My skin started to feel tighter after a week or so, but not in an unpleasant way, more in a "feeling less close to 40" way. I use their moisturiser too and the two together work really well.

Not for my sensitive skin.
2It stang going on. So not off to a great start. It didn’t feel or smell bad. But was also not particularly nice, either. I do have slightly sensitive skin. Particularly around my eyes. I avoided that area. & followed with my usual products. My face remained feeling uncomfortably hot. Then (20 mins later) I got a (heat?) rash on my chin. Never had a reaction there. Very strange. So, carful if you’ve not used it before.

Takes what you class as a good face wash to another level
5This is absolutely what my skin needed. I have combination skin, and it’s hard to find a balance which won’t exacerbate oiliness or further dry out my skin. This cleanser feels so refreshing but also calming. On its own it’s so hydrating, but having this product in my glossybox made me go and find more in the hydroboost line!! Completely a staple now.

5I struggle with spots and this face wash actually works so well with my skin use it morning and night and makes me feel so refreshed deffo recommend

Break out
2Not a good fit for my skin. Made me break out. But my partner uses it and loves it! I have oily skin but he has dry skin, so all depends on your skin type!
