Progressively worse quality since 2019

I've been a subscriber since 2016 and I'm increasingly more disappointed every month. I keep receiving dupes of the same product, or products that are very similar to each other (a lot of coffee-based scrubs for example, constant lip and cheek tints). Also, I used to receive mostly full-size samples, which are now rarer and rarer.
