not the best box
4I decided to buy glossy box because I wanted to try new beauty products and brands but not what I was expecting also reach coustomer services was the worst experience ever as few items were repited before and others were broken very disappointed

Dissapointing
2The box design was lovely, the items in the box were OK, but there's been so many repeats lately and the boxes just aren't very good anymore. I'll be cancelling my subscription, but I think Glossybox is great if you only have it for a year or so. After that, you end up giving most of the items away because you already have them

Underwhelming
2The December glossybox was very underwhelming this year. It was not very festive at all and I feel the brands really did lack this month.

Lovely box
4I really liked the box this month, trying new products from brands I both knew and didn't. Absolutely loved the Brave New Hair product and will endeavour to make that a regular purchase for mine and my daughters hair. I love the tins, I do tend to keep them to organise my ever growing collection of products, so appreciate the tin ones more. Knocked a Star off because one product arrived damaged.

Disappointed
3This box was average I’ve been a member now for over 7 years and I have grown to expect more from glossybox than what I have been receiving recently. Seriously considering cancelling my subscription. Even the advent calendar was rubbish
