Beautiful box design
4Overall a beautiful box with varied products - sadly my eye cream was empty and glossy CS failed to resolve this. None the less still good value for money. I think Glossy need to grow their CS team as clearly their customer base has grown and the teams response is no longer satisfactory

5the BEST box I've ever received! I've used the box as decor as I have a beauty and the beast theme in my living room. AMAZING products! I couldn't be happier! It brought me so much joy and came at a time where I was struggling with my depression, which helped me feel happy and so much better in myself!!
