3Let’s do a feedback sandwich where we start and finish on a positive note! October’s box was gorgeous, theme was fab and I loved it 4/5 products were good, they were great to receive as my monthly treat. Unfortunately one of the products that I really wanted to try, the eye enhancer, was just an empty tube. Now I understand that errors occur but I feel Glossybox has been slipping over the last 6 months. There are never products to replace lost or damaged items and sometimes you are sent a completely different item than advertised. Having been a subscriber for 18 months, I feel a little undervalued. It seems all the good stuff goes to new customers when priority should be to loyal customers. Products should be checked and standards maintained. It seems that with increased demand we are now seeing cracks in the paint, even the presentation of the items and the wrapping inside, is just thrown together. There is a lot of competition when it comes to beauty boxes and I hope that Glossybox return to their usual high standard. I love receiving my Glossybox and being able to access the VIP lounge and tutorials. It would be nice to receive something extra when you have been a customer for so long.

5This month I received my first Glossybox subscription, after being told about it by a friend, and what can I say... I am certainly not disappointed! Not only do you get such amazing products for such a low price, but the presentation and quality of the Glossybox itself is phenomenal! I've already purchased two of the products that I received in the October box, and am so so excited to see what is in next month's. I subscribed for a monthly treat, however I am so pleased I have now found a way to top up my make up bag every month! Thank you Glossybox!

3I think glossybox starts getting quite the same every month. I still subscribed but I’m trying to ding other beauty box which maybe will suits me better. Also customer service isn’t very helpful

4I do believe the box and the theme was focussed on more than the products itself. The eye cream I received inside my box was empty which I had to complain about. I was really looking forward to using this.

5So with this year feeling like levels of jumanji it was nice to get a themed box just when I needed it. Loved all the products tried everything. Unboxing took me away from reality for 10mins which was nice and the cost isn’t too expensive which means I can still carry on getting them even in this tough year

5I am consistently impressed with the boxes I receive every month they seem to get better and better and this is definitely one of my favourites!
