Dreamy
5Loved this month’s box! The packaging was beautifully designed and I’ve re-used the box itself as storage for my dressing table. Everything inside it are things that I would actually use and the shampoo and conditioner are a lot bigger than I was expecting. Haven’t tried the jelly soak yet as I’m saving it for when my feet feel like they could really do with a treat but the packaging is lovely.

This box is a dream!
5I really loved this months box because it had useful stuff in it! Don't get me wrong, I generally love what I get every month but sometimes I wish we got useful stuff too, like shampoo! This month there was a real balance between fun stuff (jelly foot soak and eyeshadow) with useful stuff (makeup remover and shampoo & conditioner). Plus, the wee tea bag was a nice touch.

Problem Solved
5Having been a Glossybox subscriber for over a year now, I was disappointed to find that when the May box arrived, one item had leaked and another had burst open. I have never had an issue with any of my boxes before and I knew this was not the standard of Glossybox so I contacted them via their Twitter page. I instantly got a response, an apology and within 24 hours a new box was dispatched! When it arrived, it was perfect. Excellent customer service, excellent product and the very reason I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Well done Glossybox!

What a lot to be happy about
42 great hair products to fit in the suitcase for a holiday and something magical for my feet. The eye shadow is highly pigmented which makes them super bright and shiny!
