Glossy box advent calendar
2I have bought a glossy box advent calendar for about 5 years and have been happy with every single one until this one. I was really disappointed to find lots of small samples of hair products and skin creams that I couldn’t even use, as opposed to when I first started receiving this box, which had Makeup, Skincare and accessories in full size or larger samples. The brands used are also not as good as they used to be, and I found myself each day disappointed and giving away all the samples that I couldn’t use. The idea of the glossy box is absolutely brilliant, but this years advent was more than disappointing and for my skin and hair a complete wast of time and money. Completely fine if you’re white with straight hair that’s not too long. Not great if you are of colour with lots of curly hair. The hair samples would only do a quarter of my hair and the face puffs are a complete waste of time if you don’t use that sort of thing. I made I box for my daughter from last year box with full size items for a fraction of the cost. I might have to try another box next time.

5I bought this for myself. It’s the second one I’ve purchased. It didn’t disappoint. Loved all the products…. It’s my little Christmas treat to myself. Great value.

A great variety of products - fabulous treat
5A great variety of products in this year's Advent Calendar, I particularly liked the eyeshadow palette, candle, face scrub, and brush set. Excellent value for money. This was my second Glossybox Advent Calendar and I will definitely be buying again.

Great Value for Money
4The advent calendar is always great value for money and this year was no exception. I would have liked to see more body care though as it was lacking in that department a little this year.

Advent calendar
4I liked the calendar this year. There were lots of good brands. Wish a little that door 25 could be a bit more of a surprise though as it’s been eye shadow a few times now and the shape of the box kind of gives it away. But really happy overall.
