Not blown away
2This eyeshadow palette wasn’t very pigmented although it is a neutral palette so can be forgiven. There is a lot of fallout when using it though, and as the title states… can’t be blown away as stick to the skin. Definitely have to do eyes first and then apply foundation or the whole face is ruined. Powdery formula, not creamy, messy to apply.
