I’m not sure whether the product was handled extra roughly, but one of the shadows was completely smashed when it arrived and spread to all the other colours.  All the other colours were wonky in the palette; it just didn’t seem like good quality. The colours themselves are pleasant, but they don’t pack as much of a punch as other mid-range products.
