How do I redeem my discount?
You can redeem your app exclusive offer by downloading the GLOSSYBOX app and opting in to push notifications. You will then receive a welcome notification that will reveal your code to use at the basket stage of your order.
Please note, this offer code is only valid against our Limited Edition boxes and cannot be used against any subscriptions.
Can I still take advantage of the app welcome offer if I already have the GLOSSYBOX app?
The welcome offer is only for new to app customers that haven't previously downloaded our app before. However, if you have previously shopped with GLOSSYBOX but never download the app, you'll still be able to take advantage of our new app customer offer!
How long does it take to receive my welcome notification and offer?
Your app welcome message should arrive as soon as you have downloaded the app and allowed push notifications on your device. However, please allow up to an hour for this to arrive.
